Man killed after negligent driver runs stop sign

Negligence can substantially affect people’s lives in various capacities. As a result, that vehicle traveled into the westbound lane at the intersection, where another vehicle traveling west collided with it. Both vehicles left the roadway as a result of the impact.

The driver of the westbound car was thrown from the vehicle. It was noted that he was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash. Unfortunately, that 36-year-old man suffered fatal injuries as a result of the accident. The other driver was taken to an area hospital due to incapacitating injuries, but his or her exact condition was not given at the time of the report.
